Our Approach
Through assessments and 1-on-1 guidance, we get to know each student—their values, strengths, and what truly sparks their interest. We identify career themes that align with their motivations and match those themes to a range of CAO courses and/or other alternative courses that provide real options. When students understand their post-Leaving Cert options, they gain clarity and confidence—helping them stay motivated and make informed choices for their future.
